Introduction:Pattern generally, after lofting, pattern-making, we will pour patterns, then, we will machine the rough casting pattern into high-precision permanent pattern.

Title: Melting
Introduction:Two 1-ton induction furnaces, four 2-ton induction furnaces, two 4-ton induction furnaces and one 7-ton induction furnace.

Title: Heat-Treatment
Introduction:We have 9 automatic controlling heat ovens. In order to keep higher inner quality of castings, we will choose different quenching method according to different materials, such as oil quenching and water quenching.

Title: Cleaning
Introduction:We own 2 separate cleaning rooms. For different castings and requirements of customers, we will choose different cleaning equipment.

Title: Molding Line
Introduction:Five automatic alkaline phenolic resin molding line with 10T/h with 1 lost foam molding line.

Title: Machining Shop
Introduction:We have complete machining system of 18 independent machining tools and machining shop.
